As soon as the replay is available, you can start sharing it. You can either send out a replay email to everyone that subscribed, or your can choose to share the public link of the replay.
When creating/editing your webinar, you can schedule a replay email under “Emails”. A draft replay email will already be ready. Click here for more information about planning in an email in WebinarGeek.
The replay email with unique watch link can be send out to all subscribers, viewers or non-viewers. You have the option to plan these in, starting 1 hour after the live webinar.
You can also plan it in later, when you’d like to watch back your own replay first, for example.
Note! No replay email will be sent when the replay is unavailable. Click here to see where to check the availability of your replay.
