You can easily view an overview of the number of participants that paid for a webinar in your statistics. Also, you’re able to see how much you made in total with your webinar.
Overview of paid participants
You can find these in the ‘Statistics’ of the webinar.
Click on ‘Statistics’ or the webinar and choose ‘Payments’.
That’s where you’ll see the number of paid registrations and the total (gross) amount paid.
At ‘Paid registration’ you’ll find all people that registered, together with their current payment status.
For extensive information about a registration, click on ‘Options’ and choose ‘Payment information’.
Export participants list
You can export a participants list of all registrations. This information will be exported to a so-called .CSV file.
Go to the webinar statistics.
Click on 'Registration page', 'Payments' or 'Viewers; and choose ‘Export to .CSV'.
The .CSV file contains 2 columns: if someone already paid and the amount that individual paid.
When you’ve added a Facebook Pixel to WebinarGeek, this will also provide some insight into the results of your paid webinars. The connection makes sure a payment-event will be sent over to Facebook with the amount that was paid.
That way, it’s possible to see inside your Facebook account how much money certain campaigns earn.
