Extensive statistics

You just finished your webinar, the follow up emails are already set up. Now there is time to reflect on your webinar, what went well and how you can make your next webinar even more awesome.

Evaluation forms are great: they can give you an insight in how your viewers experienced the webinar. However, a large amount of objective information is often necessary to properly evaluate your success. That's where statistics come in.

Optimize the number of registrations

First, let’s take a look at our registrations. Do we have a lot of visitors on the registration page and not that many registrations? Maybe it is time to spice up the registration page! Check our Academy articles out for some tips!

Custom registrations help you to find the source of your registrations. Add a custom registration link to your newsletter to see how many registrations you can generate from there. Maybe Instagram stories are more effective in your case?

Unique look into your viewers interest

You can find a lot of objective information about your viewers and their behaviour on the statistics page. Some examples:

  • How many viewers have watched your webinar?

  • Registration to viewer conversion rate

  • How long a viewer has watched your webinar.

  • When the viewer(s) left.

  • From where your viewers have watched the webinar.

If viewers were to lose interest during your webinar, the graphs in the statistics can give you an idea of when this happened. If you see a sudden drop in viewer numbers, you can ask yourself if it’s maybe a good idea to change your presentation a little bit to keep everybody’s attention. Maybe you can throw in some interactions for more engagement.

You can also find the results of all interactions in your statistics. Take the time to go over all the results of polls, quizzes and Call to actions once more. Even all chat messages are saved in the statistics for you to read back. Everything is collected on an individual basis, so you are able to see what a specific lead answered.

What’s next?

With all this information you can learn about your target audience and how your audience behaves during your webinars. Apply this new knowledge to more effectively engage with them in your next webinars, increasing your conversion. Use what you learned to create an improvement plan. The fun thing is that you can use the statistics of your next webinar to measure the result of your improvements! 🤓
