The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.
Click on your webinar.
Select 'Statistics' and navigate to the 'Viewers' tab.
If you have configured multiple or recurring broadcasts, it is also possible to view the statistics of a specific broadcast date separately. To select a specific broadcast, you can select that broadcast in the dropdown menu in the top-left corner.
At the top, you’ll find the engagement graph, which will show exactly how many viewers have been present from minute to minute.
If the number of viewers is lacking, check if you need to make some changes somewhere.
We also have this graph for on demand webinars. These statistics can add value and help you grow your webinar success, especially with on demand webinars.
The dots you see in our screenshot below are the chapters you set in the on demand webinar. This way you can easily see what part of the webinar people find interesting.
In this case, you see an increase at the end. This is the chapter for our Q&A session. Knowing this, the next time you could do more of the Q&A instead of the other content which got less interest.
Report
Click on your webinar.
Select 'Statistics' and navigate to the 'Viewers' tab.
Click on 'Report'
The viewers ratio shows the number of people that registered and actually showed up.
To determine the involvement of participants, make sure to check out the interaction ratio. This percentage shows if participants responded to a poll or asked a question using the chat.
You’re able to see the average watch time of the participants, which percentage of people were present from the start and which percentage of people stayed until the end.
You will also find a geographical map that shows where your viewers watched from and a bar indicating the devices they watched with (mobile or desktop).
Viewers
At the top you’ll see a brief overview of who watched the webinar. Click on 'Viewers' to see all of your viewers.
Please note! If there were viewers that were unable to join the webinar due to the viewer limit being reached, it will be displayed on this page.
You can sort viewers by 'Name', 'Email', 'Watched live', 'Viewing time', 'Watched replay' or 'Viewing time replay' by clicking on those categories.
Click on 'Show details' for a registration to view extensive statistics, e.g. registration date, viewing time, unique URL, the device they used to watch the webinar, IP address and more. A viewer needs to have watched a webinar for at least 30 seconds for viewing time to be counted.
Click on 'Export subscribers to CSV' to export the data of all your viewers.
Please note! The replay viewing time will reflect the time watched of the webinar by a viewer, not the playback speed the replay was watched in.
