This is possible for all chat users, so viewers also have this option.

The picture that’s used for the chat is called an 'avatar'. This can be set up using Gravatar. Gravatar is an acronym for Globally Recognized Avatar. It’s an image that can be used all across the web.

When you haven’t set an avatar, it will display the initials of your (chat)name.

Setting your own avatar can be done in Gravatar. Don’t have a Gravatar account yet? Click here to create one.

After logging into your Gravatar account, you have the option to add an avatar. Click here for more information on how to do this.

After adding an avatar in your Gravatar account, it will be visible in your WebinarGeek account.

  1. In the top right, click on 'Account.'

  2. From the dropdown menu that appears, select 'My account.'

  3. Click on 'Personal' under 'My account'.

Please note! Your avatar is connected to your email address. If you use another email address to participate in the webinar, the Gravatar you've set up will not be visible.
