Disconnect your Mollie or Stripe account

Do you no longer want to organize paid webinars? You can easily disconnect your Mollie or Stripe account from WebinarGeek.

Follow these steps to disconnect your Mollie or Stripe account from WebinarGeek:

  1. Click 'Account' in the top right

  2. Click on 'My account'

  3. Click 'Paid webinars' on the left-hand side

  4. Scroll down to 'Disable paid webinars'

  5. Click 'Disable'

Disconnecting Stripe or Mollie from WebinarGeek

Please note! All paid webinars will be converted to free webinars. It will be no longer possible to receive payments for your webinars. However, if you reconnect Mollie or Stripe afterwards, your paid webinars will be restored and require payment again.

Stripe

With Stripe, you’re also able to disconnect from WebinarGeek via their dashboard. Go to ‘settings’ > ‘Authorized applications’. Then click ‘Revoke access’ for WebinarGeek B.V.

Revoking access to Stripe from within Stripe

The 'Paid webinars' page should report that the access has been revoked. If not, you might need to refresh the page.
