By embedding your channel, visitors to your website or blog will immediately see an overview of all your webinars.

Please note! The banner, logo and title are not displayed by default in the embedded channel.

Click on 'Channel' in the main navigation bar. On the left side of the editor you see a piece of HTML code, copy it by clicking on the copy icon. You can place this code on your website or blog where you want the embedded channel to be visible.

If you work with a content management system (CMS) or a blog such as Wordpress, keep in mind that you place the piece of code in the 'source' of the page, so not as text. In some CMS it is not possible to place JavaScript code. In that case, it is best to enlist the help of the person who built your website.

Customizing your embed; Hiding channel elements

If you want to hide a specific webinar please take a look at these instructions.

You might not want to display all elements of the channel on your website. For example, the presence of the header might be unnecessary on the page you want to embed the channel. Or you only want to show your on demand webinars.

On the channel page you are able to generate an embed code lacking certain elements. You can hide the following elements:

  • The whole channel header, the header of the channel contains the banner image, logo, title, description and subscribe buttons.

  • Just the banner, logo and title of the header.

  • Upcoming webinars

  • On demand webinars

  • Webinar series

Select ‘channel’ in the main menu and click on ‘Customize embed code’. In the menu that opens you can select which elements you want to hide or show. Click on ‘generate embed code’ and copy the custom embed code for your webinars. If you choose to show the header, you'll see the option to hide part of the header (banner, logo, title and share buttons).

Tip! You can use multiple custom embeds at the same time, so you could add your on demand webinars to one page and your live webinars to another.
