Multiple channels are part of our Premium & Enterprise subscriptions. Contact us for more info.

Click on “Channels” in the main navigation bar to open the channels overview. Here you’ll find an overview of all your channels, both published and unpublished.

Creating a new channel

Click on ‘Create channel’ to add a new channel. Fill in the name of your new channel; this will be an internal name.

You can edit the URL name by pressing the blue pencil icon. You can change the URL after the creation of your channel too.

Next, select the language people see when they visit your channel. If you set this to English, visitors will see all buttons and generated text in English. The main title, description of the channel and webinar titles and descriptions will not be automatically translated. You have to translate these manually.

Editing your channel

Please check out our article dedicated to editing your channel here.

Deleting a channel

Go to your channels page and select the channel you would like to delete. Now press ‘Settings’ > ‘Delete channel’.

Please note! A deleted channel cannot be recovered.

Publish on subdomain

One of your channels can be published on your subdomain. The channel published on your subdomain will have a shorter URL and will be easier to find.

For example, generally the link to a channel will look something like this:

mycompany.webinargeek.com/channel/my-channel-name

When this channel is published on your subdomain the URL would be:

mycompany.webinargeek.com

If you change the channel assigned to your subdomain while another channel is already assigned, the formerly assigned channel will receive an automatically generated link. Edit your channel to customize the new URL

Please note! The old link will not redirect to the channel after you change the URL of the channel.

What happens to my channels if I downgrade my subscription?

If you choose to downgrade from your Premium or Enterprise to a Basic subscription your extra channels will be deleted permanently, only your oldest channel will remain in your account.
