Automated and on demand webinars offer you the option to configure “simulated Q&A”, which are questions and answers you set up prior to the webinar. In the case of automated webinars, this can be used to give the viewer the idea that they’re watching a live webinar.
Webinar team members can tell simulated questions apart from real questions with the robot icon that displays next to the sender’s name.
Please note! The Q&A mode must be configured for simulated Q&A to work.
For automated webinars, the Q&A mode has to be set to ‘Restricted’ or ‘Public’.
For on demand webinars, the Q&A mode has to be set to ‘Enabled’.
