How do I send an email invite to a moderator?

Once you have added a moderator you'll be able to send the invitation. If the moderator has lost the invitation you can send the invitation again or send the links yourself.

Resend invitation

  1. Click on your webinar and scroll to 'Presenters and moderators'.

  2. Click on 'Options' > 'Send invitation email'.

This invitation email provides the date, time and link for the live- and test webinar.

Share links yourself

  1. Click on your webinar and scroll down to 'Presenters and moderators'.
    โ€‹

  2. Click on 'Options' > 'Show invitation links'.

There are two links, one for the real live webinar and one for testing. When you start a test yourself (using 'Dry run'), your moderator should use the test link, and for the real webinar the moderator should use the live link.

Moderators are not included in the Basic plan. Please upgrade to a Premium or Enterprise account in order to add moderators to your webinar.
