Many spammers for your webinar? Don't worry. You can add reCaptcha as extra security for your registration page.

Unfortunately, spammers know quite well how to find some registration pages. Annoying, because when spammers register you have (among other things) a less good overview of who actually registered. To prevent this, add reCaptcha.

The reCaptcha ensures that registrants cannot register by just clicking 'enter'. They must then verify that it is really them by checking this box:

So thanks to reCaptcha, your webinar is more secure. For some more explanation, you can watch a handy video from Google using this link. We use the invisible reCaptcha. That means it's not visible on the registration page or embed unless Captcha thinks it's necessary.

Activating reCaptcha

Follow these steps to activate reCaptcha in your account:

  1. Click 'Account' in the upper right corner

  2. Click on 'My account'

  3. Navigate to 'Webinar security'

  4. Click the checkbox to enable reCaptcha

  5. Don't forget to click 'Update reCaptcha' to save your changes

You can read more about privacy on this page and view the terms and conditions through this link.
