Setting a maximum number of registrations
Limit the number of possible registrations for the webinar. With this you can create scarcity and/or keep it organized.
Select the specific webinar you want to work on.
Click on 'Edit webinar.'
Navigate to the 'Registration' section.
Click on 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Limit the number of subscribers'.
Use the switch to determine whether or not you want to use the option. After activating this option, enter the maximum and click on 'Update'. The limit entered applies per broadcast of a webinar with multiple broadcasts.
If you use this option, you can use the tag {{available_spots}}. With this, you can display how many spots are still available for the webinar on the registration page. For webinars with multiple broadcasts, the number of available spots for the next broadcast will be displayed.
When the maximum number of registrations is reached, the individual trying to register will receive a notification that it’s no longer possible to subscribe to this particular broadcast. This message will only appear when the field is filled in.
When someone unregisters their place will free up, but the number of registrations remains the same. Thus, it's possible that the number of registrations exceeds the maximum, but there can never be more people actively registered than the maximum number of registrations that you have set.
Setting a maximum number of viewers
Limit the number of viewers for your webinar.
Select the specific webinar you want to work on.
Click on 'Edit webinar.'
Navigate to the 'Registration' section.
Click on 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Limit the number of viewers'.
Use the switch to determine whether or not you want to use this option.
After activating it, enter the maximum and click on 'Update'. The limit entered is applicable per broadcast.
After the maximum number of viewers is reached during the broadcast, a notification is shown that the webinar is full. This option is only activated if the field is filled in.
