By default users can register any time during and before the initial start time of a webinar. Enable this setting to restrict the window of registration.
To enable this feature, follow these steps:
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Edit webinar'
Click on 'Registration'
Click on 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Restrict registration window'
Click the switch to set the registration time slot. You have two options:
You can set that visitors can register up to a certain time before the webinar starts.
You can set that registration remains possible for a certain time after the webinar starts. Please note that nobody will be able to register after the webinar has ended.
Please note! If you leave the values at zero with the setting enabled, registration will close as soon as the webinar is scheduled to start.
