This setting applies to the moment the viewers are able to enter the watch page. If a viewer uses their viewing link before this moment they will be directed to the countdown page first and later redirected to the watch page at the set time. This also applies to viewing without registration.
To change this setting, follow the steps:
Click on your webinar.
Click on 'Edit webinar'.
Navigate to 'Registration' > 'Settings'.
Scroll down to 'Custom time of entry to webinar watch page'.
Set the preferred entry time.
Tip! We recommend the standard value of 5 minutes.
Example: If you set a value a value of 10 minutes and your webinar is set to start at 12:00; viewers will be able to enter the watch page at 11:50. If a viewer uses their at 10:40 they will be redirected to the countdown page first.
