It is possible to gain AI insights by enabling the AI Analysis feature. The analysis will provide a localized summary of how a webinar went, and includes recommendations for future webinars to help you be more successful with webinars. The summary will be generated after each live hosted webinar, thus is not available for automated or on demand webinars. The analysis is generated from all the statistics, by default only using the numbers, however if consented to, it can also do an analysis based on the viewer input, which will provide a more detailed and valuable analysis. The following options are available:
Disable AI analysis: Choosing this option means no data will be analyzed, and thus no recommendations will be provided for your future webinars.
Enable anonymized analysis: Choosing this option allows you to receive live webinar analysis and recommendations based on the general data and analytics available. No personal data from viewers will be used.
Enable viewer data analysis: Choosing this option will provide you with a live webinar analysis and recommendations for future webinars that is more personalized due to the incorporation of viewer interactions, such as the chat, Q&As, comments and evaluations.
Please note! No registration information is used during the viewer data analysis. Meaning, no emails or names are shared, unless part of the previous mentioned viewer interactions.
Follow these steps to enable this feature:
Click on ‘Account’ > ‘My account’ in the top right corner.
Navigate to ‘Privacy and security’ under the ‘Advanced’ tab in the account settings.
Click on the ‘AI insights’ tab.
Choose which level of analysis you wish to use and click on ‘Update AI settings’.
