Adding a footer

Footers allow you to display important information at the bottom of different pages, such as the registration and webinar channel. The footer can be used to link to the privacy policy or to provide other important information.

What is the footer?

The footer appears at the bottom of a page. When visitors click the footer, a pop-up opens where you can either show additional information or link to external pages.

The footer appears for your visitors on:

  • Registration page (all steps, e.g., confirmation, payment required, etc.)

  • Countdown page

  • Channel page

  • Direct link page

Please note! The footer is not displayed in embeds.

How to set up a footer

  1. Go to your account and click ’Branding’.

  2. Switch to the ‘Organization profile’ tab.

  3. Scroll down to the ‘Footer’ section.

  4. In the ‘Title’ field, enter what you want to display in the footer.

  5. Add the corresponding content or links in the text field and click on ‘Update footer’

If you want to insert several different pieces of information, you can separate them with a ‘|’. You can then paste the links into the text field.
