Extra branding profiles let you give your webinars different visual identities. This is useful if you manage more than one brand or work with different clients. Branding profiles are connected to Workspaces and can be purchased as an add-on to Premium and Enterprise subscriptions.

How branding profiles work

Branding profiles define the visual identity of your webinars. Each branding profile has its own settings for logos, colors, themes and more. Every account starts with one default branding profile. This profile is used for all webinars unless you choose a different one.

Branding profiles work on the workspace level. This means a branding profile is assigned to a workspace, and all webinars in that workspace automatically use this branding.

When you purchase an additional branding profile, you also receive:

  • one extra Workspace (to group your webinars in)

  • one extra email domain (to send emails from a custom email address)

Premium subscriptions can purchase up to four extra branding profiles. Enterprise subscriptions can purchase an unlimited number of branding profiles.

Creating a new branding profile

  1. To create a new branding profile, go to your 'Account' and open 'Branding'.

  2. In the top right corner, click on the three dots.

  3. Select 'Create branding profile'.

  4. Give the new branding profile a name and click on ‘Create’.

Assigning a branding profile to a Workspace

To assign a branding profile to a Workspace:

  1. Go to ‘Workspaces’ in your account.

  2. You will see a list of your Workspaces.

  3. Select the branding profile you want to use for a Workspace.

All webinars in this Workspace will use the selected branding profile. If you change the branding profile later, all webinars in that Workspace will update automatically.

Assigning a webinar to a Workspace

To assign a webinar to a Workspace:

  1. Create a new webinar or open an existing one

  2. On the first setup page, select the Workspace you want the webinar to belong to

The webinar will then automatically use the branding profile assigned to that Workspace.

Please note! If you use the old registration page, branding changes only apply when you create a new webinar. Existing webinars will not update their branding automatically.

Management of branding profiles

Owners and managers can create, rename, and delete branding profiles and assign branding profiles to workspaces.

Only owners can purchase additional branding profiles.
