The infobox gives you the option to provide viewers extra information during the webinar, but no call to action will be attached.

An infobox might come in handy to e.g. show background information about the host, or a general announcement.

Creating an info box

  1. Go to the webinar editor and choose 'Interactions'

  2. Then select '+ Add interaction'

  3. Finally go to 'Information'.

You can choose to copy an existing infobox or create a new one.

Title for internal use

The title you fill in here will be for internal use only. Give it a practical name so you know which interaction to start during the webinar.

Customize infobox

  1. Click on the text to adapt it and change the image by clicking the gear icon.

2. After doing this, click on 'Create new information box' to create a new infobox.

Default duration (live webinars)

You can set the amount of time the interaction should remain in view by default. You can change this duration during your live webinar or manually end the interaction early. See this article for additional information on how to start an interaction.

Infobox - on demand and automated webinar

For an on demand and an automated webinar you need to set the start time and the duration of your infobox.

  1. Click on 'Start time' and fill in the time the infobox should be started. Also choose the duration the infobox should be visible. The infobox will now be automatically started on the set time.

2. Choose '+ Add time' to plan another starting moment. Continue by filling in the new start time and duration.

3. After doing this, click on 'Create information box' to create a new infobox.

Edit or remove info box

In the overview for 'Interactions', choose 'Edit' to edit your infobox. Everything you edit here will be autosaved.

In the overview for 'Interactions', click on the arrow next to the infobox and choose 'Remove' to delete the interaction.
