Open the ‘Interactions’ tab in the sidebar. This is where you can see and use the interactions you’ve prepared.

Starting an interaction

To start an interaction, follow the steps:

  1. Open the webinar room.

  2. Navigate to the 'Interactions' tab in the sidebar.

  3. Choose an interaction and click 'Start'.

How to start an interaction

There are two options:

  • End manually

This option runs the interaction for an indefinite amount of time. It will stay visible until you manually end it.

  • End after set time

This option runs the interaction for a specified amount of time. It will automatically disappear once that time has passed. The interaction length is preset to the default duration you selected when you created the interaction. You can modify this duration before starting the interaction.

Starting an interaction

After starting the interaction, an orange indicator will appear by the lightning bolt icon to indicate that there is an interaction currently active. The gray dot next to the interaction’s name will turn red.

If you picked a set amount of time, the time remaining will appear in the bottom of the interaction box.

Ending an interaction

Please note! If you’re not live yet, you can only play interactions for an indefinite amount of time. Start the webinar in order to define the duration of your interactions.

The interaction’s window can’t be minimized while the interaction is active. This is to make sure you don’t forget that you’ve got an interaction running.

Ending an interaction

To end an interaction, follow the steps:

  1. Open the webinar room.

  2. Navigate to the 'Interactions' tab in the sidebar.

  3. Click on 'Stop interaction'.

Past interactions

Once the time for an interaction runs out or you’ve manually ended it, the interaction will appear at the bottom of the ‘Interactions’ tab under ‘Past interactions’. You can click on ‘Past interactions’ to open and close the list.

If applicable, the list shows you the results for the interactions you’ve run, giving you quick access to valuable information about your viewers during the webinar. Here you can also choose to show your poll or quiz results.

  1. Under the interaction tab, navigate to 'Past interactions'.

  2. Click on 'Show results' under the specific interaction to show the results to your viewers. If you want to hide the results again, simply click on 'Hide results'.

Show the results of your poll later in the webinar
