It’s almost time. You’re going to host a live webinar. First, you should check if everything is ready and working.

  • Did you upload your presentation and add any speaker notes you may need?

  • Are all your interactions ready for use during the webinar?

  • Did you set up your video injections, if you want to use any?

  • Is the chat properly configured?

  • Did you prepare the evaluation form and sales page, if you want to use them?

  • Did you add all of your co-presenters and moderators?

  • Are the camera and microphone properly connected to the computer?

  • Is the internet connection strong and stable? Are you using a cable connection?

  • Did you have a successful test webinar? This is very important as it lets ensure that everything is working properly.

  • Are only programs that you need for the webinar open right now?

Are you ready? Then you can open the live environment. You can enter the live environment starting at 3 hours before the scheduled time of the webinar.

You do this by pressing ‘Open live webinar’ in the webinar dashboard. We advise you to do this about 15 minutes before the start of the webinar.
