The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.
Click on your webinar and go to the 'Statistics'.
Navigate to the 'Evaluations' tab.
You’ll find the results of the evaluation form for each individual viewer/broadcast here.
Here you can also choose to 'Group by questions' or 'Group by viewers'. This way you can create a nice overview that suits your needs. It’s possible to export the evaluation results in a .CSV file.
Please note! If there are more than 100 results, you’ll have to export this data to a .CSV file to see them all.
Group by questions
With the 'Group by questions' option, the results will be grouped by questions. This means that the question is listed, followed by all the answers submitted by the webinar viewers.
Tip! The rating scale question can be used to measure averages if the answers are numerical (both with and without %). If all the answers to a rating scale question are numerical, the webinar’s statistics will display the average of all the answers.
Group by viewers
With the 'Group by viewers' option, the results will be grouped by viewers. This means that the viewer is listed, followed by that viewer's answers to all of the questions they answered.
Please note! PDF reports and CSV exports will always have the results grouped by question.
