We do our very best to display the data that's collected as accurately as possible, so you'll be able to filter meaningful data from it quickly. Despite this, it can still be useful to export the data to executie further analysis.

The data that can be exported will be collected during the registration process and the webinar broadcasts. This data is exported to a .CSV file.

Export everything to PDF

A useful option to collect all 'Statistics' of your webinar in one single overview. Export all 'Statistics' from a webinar or a specific broadcast of it.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics' > 'Reporting'. Select a specific broadcast or 'All broadcasts' to export all 'Statistics' and click 'Export all to PDF'.

A pop-up will appear where you can see which email address will receive the file. Click on 'Request PDF', then the request will be processed and you can close the screen.

You will receive an email as soon as the download is available. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Exporting registrations

From a broadcast

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics'. At 'Report', select the broadcast you’d like to export the registrations from. Next, click on 'Registrations' > 'Subscribers' > 'Export to CSV'.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.

You can filter data in the .CSV file. You can find some more information on how to filter data in Excel here.

From a webinar

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics' > 'Registrations' > 'Subscribers' > 'Export to CSV'.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.

Tip! If you’re exporting the viewers/registrations for a paid webinar, the .CSV file will contain two extra columns: one indicating if someone has paid and the other indicating how much that person paid.

From multiple webinars

It’s possible to export all registrations from multiple (or all) webinars at once.

Click on ‘Webinars’ and press the cloud button.

A menu will open.

Select ‘Export all subscribers to CSV’ to export subscribers from every webinar in your account at once.

Select ‘Export subscribers of selected webinars only’ to export subscribers from the webinars you’ve currently filtered in your overview. You can read more about filtering the webinars in your webinar overview here.

Please note! The 'selected webinars only' option appears when you have more than five webinars in your account.

Exporting viewers

Export viewers for each broadcast

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics' > 'Viewers'. Select the broadcast you’d like to export the viewers from. Next, click on 'Viewers' > 'Export to CSV'.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.

Export all viewers

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics' > 'Viewers' > 'Viewers' > 'Export to CSV'.

Exporting paid subscriptions

If the webinar in question is a paid webinar, you can export the subscriber list with two extra columns: one indicating if someone has paid and the other indicating how much that person paid.

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics'. At 'Report', select the broadcast you’d like to export the assessment results from. Next, click on 'Payments’ > 'Export to CSV'.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.

Export chat conversations

It is possible to export the chat messages to a .CSV file. Click on your webinar > ‘Statistics’ > ‘Messages’ > ‘Export to CSV’.

This way you can conveniently follow up on the unanswered questions, or use the conversations to generate a 'question and answer' list and send a follow-up afterwards.

You can also import the conversations into your CRM system by adding the collected data to your contact.

Export interactions results

Export the results to a .CSV file.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics' > 'Interactions'.

Click on the poll or call to action and click ‘Export to CSV’ above the results.

Exporting evaluation form results

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics'. At 'Report', select the broadcast you’d like to export the evaluation form answers from. Next, click on 'Evaluations’' > 'Export to CSV'.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.

You can filter data in the .CSV file. You can find some more information on how to filter data in Excel here.

Please note! In the 'Statistics' you can choose between 'Group by questions' and 'Group by viewers', but PDF reports and CSV exports will always have the results grouped by question.

Exporting assessment results

The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.

Click on your webinar > 'Statistics'. At 'Report', select the broadcast you’d like to export the assessment results from. Next, click on 'Interactions' > ‘Assessments’ > 'Export to CSV'.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.
