We do our very best to display the data that's collected as accurately as possible, so you'll be able to filter meaningful data from it quickly. Despite this, it can still be useful to export the data to execute further analysis.
The data that can be exported will be collected during the registration process and the webinar broadcasts. This data is exported to a .CSV file.
Export everything to PDF
A useful option to collect all 'Statistics' of your webinar in one single overview. Export all 'Statistics' from a webinar or a specific broadcast of it.
Click on your webinar.
Click on 'Statistics' and navigate to the tab 'Report'. If you only want to export data from a specific broadcast, you can select the broadcast date in the top left corner.
Click 'Export all to PDF'. A pop-up will appear where you can see which email address will receive the file.
Click on 'Request PDF', then the request will be processed and you can close the screen. You will receive an email as soon as the download is available. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Exporting data
From a webinar or broadcast
Click on your webinar.
Navigate to the 'Statistics'. If you only want to export data from a specific broadcast, you can select the broadcast date in the top left corner.
Navigate to the specific tab you want to export data from. So, if you want to export payment statistics, navigate to the ‘Payments’ tab.
Click on 'Export to CSV'. The downloaded file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer. You can filter data in the .CSV file. You can find some more information on how to filter data in Excel here.
Tip! If you’re exporting the viewers/registrations for a paid webinar, the .CSV file will contain two extra columns: one indicating if someone has paid and the other indicating how much that person paid.
Please note! If you’re exporting evaluation form results, you can choose between 'Group by questions' and 'Group by viewers', but PDF reports and CSV exports will always have the results grouped by question.

This file can be found in the folder called 'Downloads' on your computer.
You can filter data in the .CSV file. You can find some more information on how to filter data in Excel here.
Please note! The 'selected webinars only' option appears when you have more than five webinars in your account.
Filtering data
You can filter your lists of registrations and viewers based on certain data to make it easier to find specific subscribers. The following options are available:
Name
Email address
Email state (only applicable to the email statistics)
Whether the subscriber watched live
Whether the subscriber watched the replay
Whether the subscriber unsubscribed (only applicable to the list of registrations)
Follow the steps below to filter your registration list.
Click on your webinar and click on 'Statistics'.
Navigate to the ‘Registrations’ or ‘Viewers’ tab.
Click on the ‘Subscribers’ or ‘Viewers’ button.
Choose which filters to apply then click ‘Filter’
Your filter is now active
Filters also affect the CSV export. Applying a filter to your statistics allows you to export specific data, rather than all the data at once.
Tip! This is a great way to see which registrants unsubscribed from your webinar.
