After publishing the webinar, you’ll get redirected to the webinar dashboard. The webinar dashboard provides an overview of the most important webinar information. You can also navigate to this page by clicking on your published webinar in the overview of all your webinars.
In the upper section, you'll find the buttons to start a dry run to test your webinar, view the statistics or open your live or automated webinar.
On your left, there’s an overview of all the registrations, viewers, planned emails and delivered emails. In the overview, you see, for example, ‘64 sent’. This means that 64 scheduled emails have been sent.
Please note! The confirmation email isn’t taken into account here, because it’s delivered automatically after registration. So, ‘Emails’ does not take into account confirmation emails.
On your right, near 'Registration page', you’ll find the registration link for the webinar that’s directly shareable on your social channels.
At 'Add contacts' you have the option to import contacts via CSV or manually for the webinar. You can use this option if you collected registrations using a different method or if you want to add an existing list of participants.
Please note! Don’t import contacts for a webinar when you didn’t receive explicit permission from the contacts in question. Want to learn more about importing contacts? Click here.
If you click on the three dots next to the ‘Add contacts’ button, you’ll find the option to use the one-click registration link or to view ‘Reports’. The reports lead you to your registration statistics.
Below the ‘Add contacts’ button, you’ll find the direct link to your webinar. This link is only visible if ‘View without registration’ is enabled. You can share the link using the icon next to it.
