It’s possible to plan interactions for automated and on demand webinars beforehand, because they're not live webinars.
Prefer to use a live webinar recording? These interactions will be used in the automated webinar at the same moments you’ve used them during your live webinar. These interactions can still be edited and removed if needed. You can also change the start times.
Create new interaction
When creating/editing the webinar you have the option to create a new interaction under the heading 'Interactions'. To create an interaction for an existing webinar, follow the steps below.
Select the webinar you want to edit.
Click on 'Edit webinar'.
Navigate to the 'Interactions' section.
Click on 'Create interaction'. If you want to edit an existing interaction, click on 'Edit'.
To the left under 'Times' you can set the 'Start time', 'Voting time' and for a poll you can also choose to configure 'Show results'.
