To participate in the affiliate program, you need to be the owner of a WebinarGeek account with an active subscription.

Participating in the affiliate program requires a WebinarGeek account with an active subscription.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the affiliate problem, an organization must:

  • have an active WebinarGeek subscription

  • have a valid VAT number if situated in Europe

  • have a valid IBAN number if situated in Europe

  • have a PayPal account if situated outside of Europe

Any WebinarGeek account that adheres to the above requirements can be a part of the WebinarGeek affiliate program.

Please note! You'll need an active WebinarGeek subscription at all times. Cancelling will decouple any affiliates, even if you purchase a new plan afterwards.

Filling in the correct information is your own responsibility, so please make sure to double check this.

Enable the affiliate program

Log into your WebinarGeek account and navigate to 'Account' > 'My account' > 'Affiliate program' under 'ADMINISTRATION'.

You’ll find your affiliate link, list of affiliates and your earned affiliate commissions here as soon as it has been enabled.

Commission payments

Affiliates receive 10% of the net price of each plan purchased by users they referred, so long as the payment for those plans took place in the same currency the affiliates pay with.

To request a payment, click on ‘Account’ > ‘Affiliate program’ > ‘Affiliate commission’.

A commission payment can be requested when:

  • Your earned commissions are higher than €25,-

  • The fulfilled transaction(s) took place 30 or more days ago

Commission payment requests will be fulfilled within a timeframe of two weeks.
