Follow the steps below to find your invoices after a payment:
Click on 'Account' in the top right
Click 'My account'
Go to 'Invoices'
Download invoices
Click on 'Account' in the top right
Click on 'My account'
Click on 'Invoices'
Click on the invoice you want to download
Click the download icon in the top right
Select the location on the computer where the invoice should be saved
Click 'Save'
Receive invoices through email
Click on 'Account' in the top right
Click 'My account'
Go to 'Settings'
Click on the checkbox labeled 'A copy of new invoices.'
Don't forget to click 'Update settings' to save your changes
We’ll send you an email with a copy of your invoice right after you’ve paid.
Changing the email address for invoices
Follow these steps to change the e-mail address that receives the invoices:
Click on 'Account' in the top right
Click 'My account'
Click 'Company account'
Change the email address under 'Optional email address for invoices'
Don't forget to click 'Update account' to save your changes
Invoice details
The invoice details are taken from your account. You can change these account details, such as company name and address, in your account for all future invoices.
Invoices can not be changed retroactively.
Extra line on invoice
Do you need an extra line on your invoices? Follow these steps:
Click on 'Account' in the top right
Click 'My account'
Click 'Company account'
Add the extra line for your invoices under 'Optional extra line on invoice'
Don't forget to click 'Update account' to save your changes
This can be used to, for example, specify a project number.
