In the top right, click on 'Account' > 'My account' > 'Invoices', under 'Administration'. Here you’ll be able to find your invoices, which can be found after payment.
Download invoices
In the top right, click on 'Account' > 'My account' > 'Invoices', under 'Administration'.
Next, click on the invoice and choose the download icon in the top right, select where you want to save it on your computer and click 'Save'.
Receive invoices through email
In the top right, click on 'Account' > 'My account' > 'Settings'.
Click on the checkbox 'A copy of your invoice after the payment has been received', as soon as you check this, we’ll send you an email with a copy of your invoice right after you’ve paid.
Set another email for the invoices under 'Account' > 'My account'.
Invoice details
The invoice details are taken from your account. You can change these account details, such as company name and address, in your account for all future invoices.
Invoices can not be changed retroactively.
Extra line on invoice
Do you need an extra line on your invoices? Navigate to 'Account' > 'My account' and scroll down to 'Optional extra line on invoice'.
Enter the line you need on your invoices in the text field and click 'Update account'.
This can be used to, for example, specify a project number.
