If any information regarding your company changes, you will need to update your account to reflect these changes. This information includes:
Company name
Company address
Phone number
VAT number (Changes can only be made via live chat)
Country (Changes can only be made via live chat)
Optional: Add an extra line to your invoices
Optional: Add a different email address to receive invoices
Editing your company information
To edit your company information, follow the steps below:
Click on 'Account' in the top right corner
Next, click on 'My account' in the dropdown menu
Click 'Company account' on the left side
Edit any of the text fields to update the information
Remember to click 'Update account' to save your changes
Subdomain
Your subdomain is the part of the URL that appears at the beginning. For example, subdomainname.webinargeek.com.
The subdomain is automatically created based on the company name you entered when creating your account. Spaces are automatically replaced with a - sign.
You can change your subdomain name once in the lifetime of your account. To do so, please contact our team via live chat.
Please note! Once you change your subdomain, any existing links to registration pages for ongoing webinars will no longer work. Make sure to plan the change between webinars, as the update takes effect immediately.
When choosing a domain, make sure it’s not too generic. If a subdomain name is already taken, you’ll need to choose a different one.
