Create a webinar easily and quickly with the webinar wizard from WebinarGeek. Organize a webinar with ease!

Creating a live webinar is very simple and can be done in a few steps.

  1. Log in and then click on '+ New webinar'.

  2. Now you can choose the option to create a live webinar and set all the options to your liking.

Adjust the language to suit your target audience

Next you can set all kinds of things. We start of course with the title. Have you thought of a catchy title that is appealing to many people? Fill it in here. You can also choose the language of your webinar templates here (English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian). All pages that your viewers see will then be displayed in that language. Ideal if you have an international organization or want to grow internationally. Afterwards you set how long you expect the webinar to last. Your viewers can block that time in their calendar. You are in their planning right away!

Optimize for search engines

Do you want your webinar to be available to everyone? Then choose a public webinar. Participants can then register themselves on the registration page and it will also be found in search engines. You can make your registration page completely SEO-proof. If you don't want anyone to see your webinar in the search engines, go for the hidden option. Of course, you can also make it completely private. With a private webinar you import the contacts yourself and the webinar will not be found in search engines. You decide who finds your webinar.

Broadcast a webinar once or more often

Once you're done with this, you move on to perhaps the most important thing. When do you give the webinar? Simply add a broadcast at the best time. Do you want to give the webinar more often? Then you can immediately add multiple broadcasts. All webinars are shown on the same registration page and viewers can choose which one is most convenient for them. You can always add additional broadcasts, even after you have given the webinar.

Offer exclusive replay

Every live webinar is automatically recorded. We call the recording the replay. You decide whether viewers can access the replay after the webinar. The replay link is the same as the unique viewing link. There are also other options, such as how long after the webinar has ended the participants can watch it, whether you want the chat to be shown and whether they can ask questions via a question box. Decide how exclusive the replay is and how it will look. Once you have activated the question box, you will receive it in your email.

Create your own series

Do you teach a course that consists of several days? Then link your webinar as a series. The different webinars are shown on 1 registration page and participants can then register for several webinars at once. Each webinar has a unique viewing link that the participant receives in the same confirmation email. The entire course in one convenient overview!

Reuse templates

Sometimes you create a webinar and the layout is beautiful! It would be a shame not to reuse it. You then easily copy a webinar at 'Copy data', choose the webinar you are proud of and which templates you want to copy. This saves a lot of effort and makes you recognizable. Also handy if you have a set corporate identity!
