When hosting a webinar it’s very important to keep your participants up-to-date. WebinarGeek’s email system allows you to do that very easily. You can customize every email to your own style!
Email types
In order to make emailing as easy as possible, WebinarGeek offers a variety of email types. Some of these are only available in certain situations, while others can always be used.
Confirmation email with unique viewing link
Let’s start with the confirmation email. This is automatically created for each webinar and is the email participants receive when they sign up. It is also fine if you don’t want to change anything about this email. This process is entirely automatic and you won’t have to worry about it.
Send a reminder email
It’s very possible that your participants register for the webinar long before its scheduled date. If they’re busy it might occur that they forget to attend the webinar. That’s why WebinarGeek allows you to create a reminder email and schedule it with ease.
For example, set it up so that your viewers receive a reminder email one hour before the start of the webinar reminding them that the webinar is about to start. It allows you to make sure that you viewers don’t forget your webinar!
Replay email to send the recording
If they still forget to attend the webinar or were simply unable to attend, your participants can watch the recording of the webinar. This is easily sent to all of your registrants at once through the use of a replay email. They’ll receive a notification that the recording of the webinar is available for viewing and a button that allows them to easily navigate to the replay. You can also choose if you want to send the mail to only the viewers, or non-viewers.
No forgotten payments with paid webinar emails
When it comes to paid webinars you have another two options. One of those is a payment confirmation. That’s an email participants receive when their payment has succeeded and they’ve been given permission to watch the webinar. The other one is a payment reminder; it’s possible a user registered but hasn’t yet paid, which means they will not be able to watch the webinar. That’s why we’ve set up an easy way to remind them that the payment hasn’t been done and that they’ll have to complete it in order to watch the webinar.
Valuable info with the evaluation reminder email
Are you using an evaluation form? Then you can also send the participants a reminder to fill this in if they haven’t done so. It might be that they overlooked it or didn’t have time to fill it in. This email gives you a great method of reminding them of the evaluation form.
Edit email to your own style
Of course, it’s very important for your emails to really feel like they came from you. That’s why WebinarGeek allows you to apply your own style to your emails. Change the colors so they suit your brand, write your own text, add a special opportunity and perhaps a link to your website!
