Did you configure a paid webinar? A 'Payment confirmation' email will be created automatically.
To find the payment confirmation email, follow the steps:
Click on your webinar.
Click on 'Edit webinar'.
Navigate to 'Emails'.
Click on the payment confirmation email.
This email is always scheduled and will directly be sent after a payment is made.
The payment confirmation contains the following information:
The webinar title.
The reference number.
The details of the completed payment.
