For live and automated webinars, a follow-up email is an email that is sent after the webinar. For example, send a follow-up to all people that subscribed for a unique offer. It’s also possible to choose a target audience for a follow-up email to further personalize the message. Click here for more information about editing your email.

On demand webinar follow-up emails
To schedule follow-up emails for your on demand webinars, you have to pay attention to some things:
How follow-up emails behave
Old subscribers are not included in newly scheduled emails
When you create a new email, anyone who subscribed to your on demand webinar before you created it won’t receive it. If you want all subscribers to get the email, use the 'Send email now' button instead.
Scheduling is subscriber-based
Contrary to live webinars, follow-up emails for on demand webinars are triggered by the moment someone registers or watches the webinar, not by a fixed webinar date. You can only send an email once to a subscriber
If you want to send the same email again, create a new one and use the original as a template so you don’t have to rebuild it from scratch.
