You can add variables on the registration and confirmation page. For example, the first name of a participant or date and time of your webinar will then automatically appear in place of the variable.
Variables for the registration page
You can add a number of standard variables on the registration page. Below is an overview of the variables and the result that the variables will display.
Variable | Result |
{{amount}} | How much a paid webinar costs |
{{available_spots}} | Number of spots left when you limit the number of registrations |
{{webinar_title}} | Title of the webinar |
{{series_title}} | Title of the webinar series |
{{countdown_time}} | Time until the webinar starts (only on the countdown page) |
Variables for the confirmation page
Participants who register will pass through the confirmation page. You can also add several variables on the confirmation page to make it just a little more personal. If you add these, it will be converted and displayed as the following:
Variable | Result |
{{email}} | Email address of the participant |
{{firstname}} | First name of the participant |
{{lastname}} | Last name of the participant |
{{watch_link}} | Unique watch link |
{{date_and_time}} | Date and time of the webinar |
{{webinar_title}} | Title of the webinar* |
{{series_title} | |
{{episode_title}} | Title of the webinar in case of an series |
*Use {{episode_title}} on the confirmation page instead of {{webinar_title}} in case of an webinar series.
Please note! The variables only work if they are between {{...}} brackets.
