You can add variables on the registration and confirmation page. For example, the first name of a participant or date and time of your webinar will then automatically appear in place of the variable.

Variables for the registration page

You can add a number of standard variables on the registration page. Below is an overview of the variables and the result that the variables will display.

Variable

Result

{{amount}}

How much a paid webinar costs

{{available_spots}}

Number of spots left when you limit the number of registrations

{{webinar_title}}

Title of the webinar

{{series_title}}

Title of the webinar series

{{countdown_time}}

Time until the webinar starts (only on the countdown page)

Variables for the confirmation page

Participants who register will pass through the confirmation page. You can also add several variables on the confirmation page to make it just a little more personal. If you add these, it will be converted and displayed as the following:

Variable

Result

{{email}}

Email address of the participant

{{firstname}}

First name of the participant

{{lastname}}

Last name of the participant

{{watch_link}}

Unique watch link

{{date_and_time}}

Date and time of the webinar

{{webinar_title}}

Title of the webinar*

{{series_title}

{{episode_title}}

Title of the webinar in case of an series

*Use {{episode_title}} on the confirmation page instead of {{webinar_title}} in case of an webinar series.

Please note! The variables only work if they are between {{...}} brackets.
