The main presenter controls the entire webinar, such as starting and ending the webinar. Starting and ending the webinar specifically is something only the main presenter can do.
They can also manage the presentation, chat and start interactions at any time. After the webinar has been started they can also share their screen, start video injections and control the slides.
During the (test) webinar the main presenter can chat with other presenters through the presenter chat, which is located next to the public chat. The presenter chat is only visible for presenters and moderators of the webinar, so the viewers won’t be able to see it.
In the case of co-presenters, the main presenter is unable to decide who is visible. However, they are able to change the layout. To do this, click on the layout button below the sidebar on the right of the webinar room.
The following layouts are available:
Grid layout
This layout makes the videos of all presenters the same size.
Active speaker layout
This layout makes the video of the presenter that is currently speaking larger than the others. You can use the slider in the layout settings to change the ratio between the active speaker tile and other tiles.
Floating tile layout
This layout makes it possible to display the active speaker as a floating tile while sharing a presentation or screen sharing. You can choose the position of the tile in the layout settings.
