Set an estimated duration of your live webinar so people know what to expect during the registration process.
The estimated duration will also be shown when you add the live webinar to your calendar. It’s not an issue if the live webinar lasts longer than the estimated duration time. Your webinar only stops once you end the webinar.
If you don't set the estimated duration time, a default time of one hour will be used.
Automated webinar and On-demand
With both automated webinar and on-demand, the duration of the recording or video will be extended to the next multiplier of 15 minutes. For example, if your recording lasts for 50 minutes, the estimated time will be one hour. If your recording lasts 40 minutes, the estimated time be 45 minutes.
You can also set an 'estimated duration' for your webinar the same way you would with a live webinar. This ensures total control over the displayed duration of your webinar across channels and calendar invitations.
Please note! The duration of your automated webinar will only change after you have tested the recording through the 'Dry run'.
