To keep your webinars protected from unwanted eyes, you can add email addresses and domains to your blocklist. Doing so prevents specific email addresses and domains from signing up to your webinars and receiving channel updates. When somebody on the blocklist tries to register, they will receive the error message “Email is not on the list of invited addresses”.
You can edit your blocklist in your account > ‘Blocklist’ (under ‘Webinars). In the drop-down you can choose whether you want to add an email address or domain. Existing subscribers will not be affected. To remove an entry from your blocklist, simply click the bin icon.
The blocklist also blocks registrations from integrations. That means you can block people from registering for a webinar through, for example, HubSpot forms.
