You can delete subscriber data per webinar or from all webinars. Removing a subscriber from a webinar means their unique watch link will no longer work and they will not be able to watch the webinar.
The subscriber will also be removed from the statistics. Removing a subscriber means one subscriber will be deducted from the total subscriber count. You can also no longer find their details in your webinar statistics.
Remove subscriber per webinar
To remove a subscriber from a specific webinar, follow these steps:
Click on your webinar.
Click on ‘Statistics’.
Go to the ‘Registrations’ tab and click on ‘Subscribers’.
Click on the button ‘Subscriber options’ > ‘Remove subscriber’.
Remove subscriber from all webinars
To remove a subscriber from all your webinars at once, follow these steps:
Click on ‘Account’ in the top right corner.
Click 'My account'.
Go to 'Privacy and security' on the left-hand side.
Click ‘Remove or anonymize email addresses’.
Enter the email address(es) whose data you want to remove. It is possible to enter up to 25 email addresses at once. Each email address should be on a new line without commas or other separators.
Click on the drop-down menu and select ‘Delete’.
Click on ‘Submit request’.
