It is possible to host a webinar that starts just-in-time! Meaning, someone can visit your registration page and register for an automated webinar that starts every 5, 10 or 15 minutes depending on your wishes.

Set up a Just-in-time webinar

To set up a new automated Just-in-time webinar, follow the steps:

  1. Click on '+ New webinar'.

  2. Choose 'Automated' as webinar type.

  3. Under 'Dates and Times' choose 'Just-in-time'.

  4. Choose the available time for the broadcasts.

  5. Set up the rest of your webinar and publish your webinar!

Please note! The countdown will not be visible on embed form.

Add Just-in-time broadcast to existing webinar

To add a Just-in-time broadcast to an already existing automated webinar, you can follow the steps:

  1. Navigate to your automated webinar.

  2. Click on 'Edit webinar'.

  3. Scroll down to 'Just-in-time' under the 'General' tab.

  4. Enable Just-in-time broadcasts.

  5. Choose the available time for the broadcasts.
