Pop-up call to action

Want to make sure your viewers don't miss an important call to action? With a pop-up call to action (CTA), you can display a message directly over the webinar room. This helps draw attention to your CTA and encourages viewers to take action.

Unlike regular calls to action, pop-up CTAs appear over the webinar content. Viewers must either close the pop-up or wait until its display time ends before they can continue watching without interruption.

Display options

You can choose between two display options for your pop-up CTA:

  • Full screen: The pop-up covers the entire webinar room, including the video and sidebar.

  • Stage-only: The pop-up covers only the video area (stage). The sidebar remains visible, allowing viewers to continue using it.

Please note! On mobile devices, stage-only pop-ups also cover the sidebar. This ensures the pop-up displays correctly on smaller screens.

Previewing a pop-up CTA

As a presenter, you can preview how a pop-up CTA will appear to viewers without interrupting your webinar.

Pop-up CTAs aren't displayed automatically to presenters, even when 'See as viewer' is enabled. This prevents pop-ups from interfering with your ability to host the webinar.

To view a pop-up CTA:

  1. Open the webinar room as a presenter.

  2. Click 'Preview' for the pop-up CTA.

  3. Check how the pop-up appears to viewers.
