IP restrictions aren't available in every package. Please check out the pricing page for more details.
Configure a set of IP addresses that can access your webinars.
Click 'Account' in the top right
Click on 'My account'
Go to 'Webinar security'
Click 'IP filtering'
Enter the IP addresses you want to allow, with one IP address per line
Don't forget to click 'Update IP addresses' to save your changes
When you want to restrict these IP addresses from viewing a webinar, you'll have to configure said webinar to use your IP restriction list. To do so:
Edit your webinar
Go to 'Registration'
Go to 'Settings'
Flip the switch next to 'Enable IP filtering'
If the settings are configured correctly, only visitors from your IP addresses list can register and watch your webinar.
As soon as people with different IP addresses try to enter the registration page or view your webinar, they will receive the following error message:
