Connect with Autorespond so that viewers or non-viewers are automatically added to your mailing list.

Autorespond is a CRM software. Connecting WebinarGeek with Autorespond means information will be synchronized, allowing you to arrange your own email campaigns based on viewer behavior.

Connecting Autorespond

Follow these steps to connect WebinarGeek with Autorespond:

  1. Click ‘Account’ in the top right

  2. Click ‘Integrations’

  3. Choose ‘Autorespond’

  4. Fill in the ‘Admin ID’ and ‘API key’ of your Autorespond account

  5. Click ‘Connect’

The 'Admin ID' and 'API key' can be found in your Autorespond account:

1. In Autorespond, click on 'Settings'

2. Click 'Connections'

Connect Autorespond with WebinarGeek

Your Autorespond and WebinarGeek accounts are now connected, but you still need to create triggers to make use of the connection. Read on to find out how.

Please note! Disconnecting Autorespond and/or connecting a different account means the loss of your configured triggers.

Triggers

Triggers are what order the integration to synchronize data between WebinarGeek and Autorespond. When a certain event is triggered, this trigger will ensure that a process is executed afterwards.

List of available triggers

The following triggers are available for Autorespond:

  • New registration

  • New webinar payment

  • New viewer

  • New live viewer

  • New replay viewer

  • New viewer started watching

  • No show

  • New channel lead

  • Assessment successful

Actions

Actions are what the software is ordered to do when a trigger is fired. You can, for example, configure that a contact is added to a group when they sign up for a webinar.

List of available actions

The following actions are available for Autorespond:

  • Add to group

    Attendee is added to the group, unless the email opt-in permission field is not checked.

  • Add to list manager

    Attendee is added to the list manager unless the email opt-in permission field is not checked.

  • Add a tag

    A tag will be added. If an attendee isn’t present in your Autorespond lists, they will be added separately from a mailing list.

Fields sent to Autorespond

The following information is sent to Autorespond if provided on the participant’s registration form:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

If you need more data to be sent to Autorespond, you can do this with our Zapier integration.
