Make a connection with KlickTipp. A connection with KlickTipp can help with automatically adding your webinar registrations, viewers, or non-viewers to a mailing list. This way you can easily follow up on your participants based on their viewing behaviors.
Set up the connection
Go to WebinarGeek and click on 'Account' in the top right
Click 'Integrations'
Choose 'KlickTipp'
Fill in the username and password of your KlickTipp account
Click 'Connect'
After creating the connection, you have the option to add triggers!
Please note! If you change your KlickTipp Username or password, you will need to reconnect the application with the updated credentials.
Setting triggers
After setting up a connection with KlickTipp, you can add triggers.
You can create a trigger on an account level or on an individual webinar level.

New registration
Unsubscribed from webinar
New webinar payment
New viewer

Successful assessment
After selecting a trigger, you can set an action. The following actions are available:
Create a new contact
The subscriber or participant is added to your ContactCloud; unless the email opt-in permission field is not checked.Add a tag
A tag will be added to an existing contact. If the contact does not exist, they will not be added.
Fields which will be sent to KlickTipp
When a contact is added to KlickTipp we include the following information, if provided on the registration form:
First name
Surname
Company
Email address
If you wish to send more information to KlickTipp you can do this via our Zapier integration.

Can I send my confirmation email with KlickTipp?
We suggest using our confirmation or reminder email to send the watch link.
Our direct integration does not send the watch link to KlickTipp, which you need for the confirmation email. If you would like to send this information to KlickTipp, you could consider using Zapier.
