A simulated viewer count shows attendees a growing number of viewers during your webinar. You define the target number of viewers, and the counter gradually increases throughout the session. This feature is available only for automated webinars.
Adding a simulated viewer count
If you want to add a simulated viewer count, you can follow the steps below.
Select the webinar you want to edit.
Click on 'Edit webinar'.
Navigate to the 'Webinar' section.
Click on 'Simulated Engagement'.
Toggle on 'Simulated viewer count' and enter your 'Peak viewers target'.
How the simulated viewer count works
During the automated webinar, the number of viewers increases gradually for everyone watching. The number grows throughout the webinar. The peak viewer number you set will only be reached at the end of the webinar.
For your webinar team, the first number shows the number of real viewers, and the second shows the number of simulated viewers.
Your audience will see the simulated number even though there are fewer people in the webinar. When the number of people in the webinar exceeds the simulated peak viewer target, the simulated number will still be shown and will then be lower than the actual number of live viewers.
