Reviewing conversions

Learn how to review your conversion data and understand how attendees interact with your webinar after they leave.

Written by Aaron

Once conversion tracking is active, WebinarGeek records the conversions linked to your webinar. Reviewing these statistics helps you measure the effectiveness of your webinar, compare different conversion goals, and identify opportunities to improve your follow-up strategy.

Before you start

  • You need an existing webinar with conversion tracking enabled.

  • At least one conversion must have been recorded.

Viewing your conversion statistics

  • Go to your webinar overview.

  • Click your webinar.

  • Open the 'Statistics' tab.

  • Go to 'Interactions'.

  • Select 'Conversions'.

Depiction of conversion's within the interactions tab of statistics

Here you'll find an overview of every conversion you created for the webinar.

Depending on your setup, you may see information such as:

  • Total number of conversions.

  • Conversion rate.

  • Total revenue value.

  • The date and time conversions were recorded.

  • The specific conversion goal that was completed.

Reviewing individual conversions

If you've created multiple conversion goals, you can review each one separately.

Use this information to compare how different goals perform. For example, you can see whether attendees are more likely to complete a purchase than book a appointment.

Using conversion insights

Conversion statistics help you understand what happens after attendees leave your webinar.

You can use these insights to:

  • Measure how effective your webinar is at driving actions.

  • Compare conversion performance across webinars.

  • Identify which offers or calls to action perform best.

  • Improve future webinar content and follow-up campaigns.

  • Create targeted follow-up emails based on whether attendees converted.

To finish up

Reviewing your conversion statistics gives you a clearer picture of your webinar's impact beyond attendance. By regularly monitoring your conversion data, you can optimize your webinars and create more effective follow-up campaigns.
