Every single subscription for your webinars is entered into the WebinarGeek system, allowing us to generate a unique link for each viewer that they use to attend your webinar. With this unique link, we can easily keep track of who watches your webinar and when, as well as other useful data such as the interactions they answer, their chat messages and viewing duration.
To make gathering registrations for your webinar as easy as possible, WebinarGeek offers many ways to subscribe to webinars. Find a list of every method below:
Each webinar you create has its own registration page. You can find the link to this registration page when you open the webinar from your webinar overview and then share it with people you’d like to invite to the webinar.
The embed form is a registration form you can place on your own website, allowing you to gather subscriptions for your webinar without sharing WebinarGeek’s registration page.
Prefill fields links allow you to forward subscriber information alongside the registration page link or embed form that is then autofilled in the registration form for the person that opens it. It’s a great way to make registration easier for people whose information you already have.
You can manually register contacts who have given permission for it one-by-one. This method can be configured to send the webinar’s confirmation email so that the recipient is subscribed to the webinar without any effort on their end.
If you have multiple contacts that have given permission to be subscribed to your webinar, you can create a .CSV file with their data to register them all with a single file upload.
The ActiveCampaign integration has a 'Contact added to a list or tagged within a list' trigger that automatically registers contacts for your webinar when they’re added to a specific list in ActiveCampaign or given a specific tag within a list.
The HubSpot integration has a 'New form submission' trigger that automatically registers contacts for your webinar when they submit a chosen HubSpot form.
The Zapier integration allows you to connect WebinarGeek to any of the 8000+ applications supported by Zapier. You can then use ‘Zaps’ to set up automatic workflows between the third-party application and WebinarGeek. For instance, you could set it up so that when a new attendee is registered in Eventbrite, this person is registered for a webinar in WebinarGeek.
The API makes it possible to connect WebinarGeek with your own systems or applications. Compared to the other methods in this list, it requires more technical knowledge. You can contact us on the chat to try out the API during your free trial.
You have the option to let people watch your webinars without registration by sharing the webinar’s direct link with them. You can either opt to require a first name or no data at all, and the link will automatically send the viewer to the current or upcoming broadcast.
