You can send an invitation once you’ve added a co-presenter.
Has the co-presenter lost their invitation? You can resend the invitation email or make sure the co-presenter gets their invitation links in another way.
(Re)sending an invitation
You can always resend invitations to a (co-)presenter. Follow these steps:
Navigate to and click on your webinar.
Scroll down to ‘Webinar team’.
Click on ‘Options’ > ‘Send invitation email’ next to the team member.
You’ll see a confirmation once the invitation has been sent.
This email contains the date and time of the live webinar as well as the invitation links for the live and test webinar.
Sharing the invitation links manually
Would you like to invite the co-presenter manually? Follow these steps:
Navigate to and click on your webinar.
Scroll down to ‘Webinar team’.
Click on ‘Options’ > ‘Show invitation links’ next to the team member.
A pop-up window will appear with links for the live and test webinar.
