The 'Statistics' can be found in your webinar dashboard.
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Statistics' and go to the 'Registrations' tab
If you have configured multiple or recurring broadcasts, it is also possible to view the statistics of a specific broadcast date separately. To select a specific broadcast, you can select that broadcast in the dropdown menu in the top-left corner.
You can view the statistics about your registration page’s performance here.
At the top, you’ll see a graph with the registration flow and the visitors of your registration page.
The total number of visitors and registrations with the conversion can be found below. If the conversion seems to be lacking, make sure to consider the need for some changes in your webinar funnel. 'Your average' is the average conversion of all the webinars in your account.
The visitor count of the registration page applies to all broadcasts and is updated at most twice a day. It's not in real-time.
A visitor of your page is considered the same person when that person is using the same browser and device. If the same person uses a different browser or device, that person is considered a new visitor by the system.
Report
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Statistics'
Go to the 'Registrations' tab and click on 'Report'
The information below indicates how long people stay on the registration page and you will find a geographical map that shows where your registrations come from.
Also, you’ll be able to see how many of your registrations for this webinar watched another one of your webinars in the past and you will find an overview of the number of registrations via the custom registration links.
All the way to the bottom you’ll be able to see from which sources the registrants arrived on your page. Very useful information for paid advertising, as it helps you see whether or not your ads are working as intended. You can see if they found the page with for example, social media or an email link. It is possible that 'other' will appear here. If you see that many people came to your page via 'other', it is useful to make an adjustment in your google analytics configuration so that a better source can be shown. For that, it is useful to read this article.
All registrations
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Statistics' and go to the 'Registrations' tab
At the top, you’ll see a brief overview of who subscribed. Click on 'Registrations' to go to all your registrations. When your webinar has already finished, you’ll be able to see who watched it live.
You can sort your subscribers by 'Name', 'Email', 'Watched live?', 'Watched replay?', 'Unsubscribed' by clicking on those categories. If there were viewers that were unable to view the live webinar due to the viewer limit being reached, you will be able to filter with the extra filter 'Hit viewer limit?' to find these specific viewers.
Click on the three dots and then 'Show Details' to see extensive statistics for each individual registration. You’ll be able to see their registration date, watch time, unique URL, and more. A viewer needs to watch at least 30 seconds to be eligible for registered watch time.
You can also filter or export your list of registrations in a .CSV file.
Please note! On your registration page you had the choice to add a standard or custom registration field. Did you choose a custom field? Then you can find this data through the following steps. Click on your webinar > ‘Statistics’ > ‘Registration’ > 'More details' via the three dots > ‘Show details’.
Resend confirmation email
It could happen a subscriber lost their (required) registration email. Make sure to calm them down, give them some extra love and send over the confirmation email again to the individual subscriber.
To do this, follow these steps:
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Statistics'
Go to the 'Registrations' tab and click on 'Subscribers'
For that individual, click on 'More details' via the three dots > 'Resend confirmation email'
Preventing someone from registering with the wrong email
To reduce potential email typing errors and not receiving confirmation emails, you can add a verification step to the email field. Click here for an explanation of how to set up this registration field.
Change a registration’s email address
You have the ability to change a registration’s email address if, for example, someone used the wrong email address to register for a webinar.
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Statistics'
Go to the 'Registrations' tab and click on 'Subscribers'
Look for the registration in question and, next to the registration, click on ‘More details' via the three dots > ‘Edit email’.
Enter the new and correct email address under ‘Email’. Did the subscriber not receive a confirmation email on the old email address? Check the box next to ‘Resend confirmation email’. With this option, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the new email address.
If you use integrations it’s also recommended to check the box next to ‘Invoke integration triggers’. This option will make it so that any ‘New Registration’ triggers that are configured for the webinar are invoked again for this registration but with the new email address.
When you have filled in the new, correct email address and checked the boxes you require, click the ‘Save’ button to save your changes.
Please note! A registration's email address can only be changed so long as the subscriber is not unsubscribed or anonymized and the webinar has not yet taken place.
Unsubscribe registration
Click on your webinar
Click on 'Statistics'
Go to the 'Registrations' tab and click on 'Subscribers'
For that individual, click on 'More details' via the three dots > 'Unsubscribe registration'
The unique watch link for this subscriber will no longer work, and the person will no longer be able to watch the webinar. You’ll still be able to see their personal details, with the notification they decided to unsubscribe.
When someone unsubscribes, the number of subscribers is automatically reduced by 1. In this case, you will see the unsubscribers increase by 1. You can still find the details of the unsubscriber in the overview.

Tip! You can remove a subscriber from all webinars at once. Read more about that here.
