When creating a webinar, you can easily choose how viewers are able to register for your webinar. Your webinar is created with the chosen settings. You can still switch any setting on or off after creating the webinar. You can choose from:

The three access settings for your webinar
  • Public: Receive registrations for your webinar through a public registration page aimed at as many participants as possible. This means that your webinar can also be found through search engines and can receive new viewers.

  • Unlisted: Invite your target audience to sign up through your hidden page. You decide who registers. Your webinar cannot be found on search engines.

  • Private: Your registration page is not open for registration. Only those you manually register will have access to the webinar.
