Make a connection with ConvertKit. A connection with this integration can help with automatically adding your webinar registrations, viewers, or non-viewers to a Landing page/form.

This way you can easily retrieve the data of your registrations, viewers, or non-viewers in ConvertKit and follow up on them yourself.

Make connection

  1. Go to WebinarGeek and click on 'Account' in the top right

  2. Click 'Integrations'

  3. Choose 'ConvertKit'

  4. Fill in the API Secret of your ConvertKit account

  5. Click 'Connect'

You'll find your secret API code within your ConvertKit account, under Account Settings.

Setting triggers

After setting up a connection with ConvertKit, you can add triggers!

You can create a trigger on account level or for each individual webinar.

The next triggers are available. Click here for more explanation per trigger.

  • New registration

  • New webinar payment

  • New viewer

  • No-show

  • New channel lead

  • Successful assessment

After selecting a trigger, you can set an action. The following actions are available:

  • Add subscriber to form
Participant is added to your landing page/form unless the email opt-in permission field is not checked. You can also set a double opt-in option via ConvertKit.

  • Add a tag
A tag will be added even if a participant isn’t present inside your ConvertKit. These will be added separate from the landing page/form.

After setting up one of these actions, you can select a landing page/form or tag.
