Spotler Mail+ is an email marketing software. Connecting WebinarGeek with Spotler Mail+ means information will be synchronized, allowing you to, for example, arrange your own email campaigns based on viewer behavior.
Connecting Spotler Mail+
Follow these steps to connect WebinarGeek with Spotler Mail+:
Click ‘Account’ in the top right
Click ‘Integrations’
Choose ‘Spotler Mail+’
Fill in the ‘Consumer key’ (Authentication key) and ‘Consumer secret’ (Authentication secret) of your Spotler Mail+ account
Click ‘Connect’
Your Spotler Mail+ and WebinarGeek accounts are now connected, but you still need to create triggers to make use of the connection. Read on to find out how.

Please note! Disconnecting Spotler Mail+ and/or connecting a different account means the loss of your configured triggers.
Triggers
Triggers are what order the integration to synchronize data between WebinarGeek and Spotler Mail+. When a certain event is triggered, this trigger will ensure that a process is executed afterwards.

The following triggers are available for Spotler Mail+:
New registration
New webinar payment
New channel lead
New viewer
New live viewer
New replay viewer
New viewer started watching
No show
Assessment successful
Conversion completed

Actions
Actions are what the software is ordered to do when a trigger is fired. You can, for example, configure that a contact is added to a mailing list when they sign up for a webinar.
List of available actions
The following actions are available for Spotler Mail+:
Create a new contact
The subscriber is added to your contacts in Spotler Mail+. This is not affected by email opt-in permission fields.
Add a tag
The chosen tag will be added to the contact in Spotler Mail+. If the subscriber is not added to your contacts in Spotler Mail+ yet, they will also be added as a contact.

Fields sent to Spotler Mail+
The following information is sent to Spotler Mail+ if provided on the participant’s registration form:
First name
Last name
Email address
Company name
Phone number
