A replay mail is an email that is automatically sent after the live webinar finishes and contains a link to the replay video.

To create the replay email, follow the steps:

  1. Click on your webinar.

  2. Click on 'Edit webinar'.

  3. Navigate to 'Emails'.

  4. Click on 'New email' > 'Replay email'.

You can choose to copy an existing template or create a new template.

Scheduling a replay email

A replay mail is an email that is automatically sent after the live webinar finishes and contains a link to the replay video. It’s also possible to choose a target audience to further personalize the message.

Sending replay email

You can start sharing the replay as soon as it's available. You can either send a replay email to all subscribers, or you can choose to share the public link of the replay.

When creating/editing your webinar, you can schedule a replay email under 'Emails'. A draft replay email will already be prepared. Click here for more information about scheduling an email in WebinarGeek.

The replay email that includes the unique viewing link can be sent to all subscribers, viewers or non-viewers. You have the option to schedule these starting from 1 hour after the live webinar. You can also schedule it later if, for example, you’d like to watch your own replay first.

Please note! No replay email will be sent if the replay is unavailable. Click here to see where you can check the availability of your replay.
